Membership Benefits

1.  Competition Events
Eligible to compete in SUPA events and sanctioned events

2. Personal accident insurance
Whilst taking part in sanctioned competition events, training, game or performance; attending a sanctioned social function or training sessions; taking part in sanctioned fundraising or volunteer activity; traveling to or from sanctioned competition, game, performance, social function, training sessions or administrative activity or staying away from home for these purposes.

Capital benefit death – $50,000
Capital benefit permanent disability – a percentage of the death benefit
85% of non medicare medical treatment including ambulance, hospital accommodation / theatre fees orthotics, splints, prosthesis, dentist, chiropractor, masseur, naturopath, osteopath, physiotherapist. Up to $1,500. $50 excess if no private health cover.
Parents inconvenience allowance – $25 per day. Maximum of $1,500
Funeral expenses- maximum of $5,000
Ancillary non medical expenses – maximum of $1,500
Home/car modification benefits – maximum $10,000
Vocational tuition– maximum of $3,000
Rehabilitation expenses – maximum of $500
In memoriam expenses – maximum of $500
Home nursing care benefit – $300 per week up to 52 weeks with 7 day excess
Dependant children’s allowance – maximum of $500
Unexpired membership benefit – maximum of $500
HIV positive benefit – $5,000 (10% of capital sum)
Miscarriage or premature childbirth benefit – to $2,500
Kidnapping benefit – $5,000 (10% of capital sum)
